Wow... why all the fire from your liberal lips?

Just out of curiosity, are suggesting in any way that if the US elects John McCain, they will have fucked up? I mean, if the election is deemed legitimate, would they hav fucked up?

It's just as much a comment on the process as on the outcome.

The jokes that became Florida and Ohio in the last two elections proved to me, at least, that America is the LAST country in the world who should be leading a crusade for democracy.

If they can't get it right in their own country, how the hell can they expect others to do it properly?

Exactly right. I'm too scared to even watch the news today. Obviously I am hoping and praying for GObama but the last few days I started thinking that if at least I went to bed tonight knowing the outcome I'd be happy :(

I actually got a bit weepy the other night watching a news report about people in the inner cities lining up for six and nine hours to vote and not leaving--just waiting for their opportunity to be heard. It was inspiring and I fear that if this does swing to McCain they're going to lose all those people.

Anyway: Crossed fingers, holding breath.

According to you, we didn't "fuck up", and I agree... just knowing Palin runs even a fraction of our government makes me feel really gassy...

Then again, it doesn't really matter now :) We're allllllll fucked up :p
