BIGGEST pet peeve (and not just in the tasting room) is too much scent.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also, have a plan of attack and keep moving.  It is easy to get overwhelmed with the gads of booths so know where you plan on going to make the most of your night.
